Woodcliff Hotel & Spa gets national recognition
Woodcliff Hotel & Spa, the Perinton hotel known for its lavish Sunday brunches, spectacular views and ready access to golf and other amenities, has won the Five Star Diamond Award from the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences.
The award is just the 13th in the country and the only one given to a hotel in New York state outside of New York City. It recognizes commitment to luxury and service in the areas of service delivery, attitude, gastronomy and hospitality standards.
“We are extremely proud to receive this distinction,” said Graham Asher, managing director of the Woodcliff. “This is a great testimony to the hard work of our staff and the commitment to provide the finest service and facilities to our valued guests.”
The 234-room hotel, owned by a real estate development and management firm in Syracuse, is managed by Access Hotels & Resorts of Dallas. Tom Baker, CEO of Access, said, “We feel that this hotel is one the pre-eminent facilities of the entire Finger Lakes region and this award validates that belief.”
