Greece man charged after child porn found on computer
New York State Police arrested a Greece man today in connection with images found on his computer.
Adam Piacelli, 25, of 996 Macintosh Drive was charged with one count each of possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child and possessing a sexual performance by a child, both class E felonies.
A search warrant was executed at Piacelli’s residence and computers were seized for forensic analysis by the New York State Police crime lab, according to state police. The case was initiated by the New York State Police Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce.
Piacelli is scheduled to be arraigned in Greece Town Court on Dec. 1.
